Customers agrees that they shall defend, indemnify, save and hold
ScriptzShop.com or any of it partners, harmless from any and all liabilities,
demands, losses, costs and or claims, that's also including reasonable attorney
fees asserted against Resalecode, its agents, officers and or employees!

That may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed
to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns.

Customer agrees if any injury's or losses caused to a persons property or business's
property caused by any services used or products sold or otherwise distributed by
Site-Scripts.NET or there employees, partners etc.

We will not and cannot be responsible for how or witch way you use our products or
services that means that we forfeit the act of being responsible for any type of injuries
or losses you your business or any one else could suffer when using our products or
services and that is because we cannot control how you use the templates, scripts
and or programs, we cannot act on or not if you follow our instructions during
search engine optimization or script installation.

If for any reason we know or even think you are doing something wrong we reserve
any and all rights to suspend your account for any reason at anytime all though its
not likely that we will suspend accounts as long as our rules are followed and our
company name is not used to sell your products.

If we ever took our website down permantantly that would have to be the life time
of your account, therefor we don't mean a full human lifetime, keep in mind you
can download everything and keep a backup of it just in case.

We don't plan on going anywhere for a very long time, its only 2009.

suspended accounts do not get a refund.
